Lemorau EBRM+ 250, year 2018
Lemorau EBRM+ is a compact semirotary label die cutting machine, it can be used both for the production of blank labels and for die-cutting digitally pre-printed labels.
The supply includes:
- Unwinder with 3" shaft
- BST web guide with splice table
- Die cutting unit; it can be used in rotary mode (with variable format magnetic cylinders) and semi-rotary mode (with electronically variable label lenght and fixed format Z130 cylinder)
- Touch HMI panel, multi-language;
- Label/meter electronic counter
- Matrix rewinder with 3" shaft
- Slitting unit with circular blades
- Rewinder with 3" pneumatic shaft
- Support bench; includes space for a Trojanlabel T2-C printer, which can be positioned in line (digital printer is not included)
Machine length approx. 1.7 metres; support bench length approx. 2 metres.
Machine in working order and excellent condition; it was checked at our premises in October 2025.
