We have a forty-year technical experience.

We provide precise and qualified assistance, either directly or through our parent companies. Upon delivery of a new machine, we offer a comprehensive training course, in order to make the machines immediately productive: a good training not only increases the printing quality, but also reduces the technical assistance needs, to the total benefit of the production yield of the machine and the satisfaction of the customer.

All the new machines are set for remote diagnosis: in case of fault, technicians are able to perform a real time diagnosis and solve the problem online or with a targeted technical intervention, minimising travel costs and the loss of productivity of the machines.
