LEMORAU EB
Die cutting machine for blank labels

Lemorau EB is a die cutting machine, extremely efficient and precise for high volume of blank labels production. Each rewinder, unwinder and waste rewinder tension is fully independent and adjustable in the HMI touch screen.

Once the tension is set, there is no need for the operator to readjust it. Lemorau EB is a sturdy machine and produces excellent quality of finished rolls.

DIE CUTTING

  • Standard gears for magnetic cylinders are 1/8 CP, straight teeth, angle 20 degrees
  • Servo driven waste rewinder max. Ø 600 mm (24”)

SLITTING

  • Set of 6 circular knives with lateral adjustment – Can be added more as optional
  • Razor knives unit – as optional

REWINDING

  • Servo driven equipped with 2 interchangeable pneumatic rewinders
  • Equipped with air shafts Ø 76 mm (3”) - other sizes as optional
