Roll to sheet die cutting machine

Lemorau EBF is a die cutting machine for the high production of sheet labels.

Built with two die cutting units in register full rotary, EBF is equipped with servo drive technology that allows high results of finished sheet labels.

  • Adjustable splice table with pneumatic clamps

  • Automatic stop at master roll end with programmable end of roll function

DIE CUTTING

  • Rotary die cutter (kiss cut)
  • Matrix rewinder
  • Rotary die cutter (through cut)
  • Standard gears for magnetic cylinders are 1/8 CP, straight teeth, angle 20 degrees
  • Die repeats 203,20 – 460,375 mm (8 - 18″)
