LEMORAU MEBR+
Modular flexo label printing machine

 

Lemorau MEBR+ is a modular printing and finishing machine. Depending on configuration, it has flexo UV modules as well as inkjet LED module (1 to 6 colors).

MEBR+ allows to add modules upgrading the machine according to customer needs. The die cutting section runs in full rotary and semi-rotary mode. Semi-rotary for short runs and full rotary for high speed longer runs.

The registration tolerance is maintained during acceleration, deceleration and production time due to the latest servo technology.

UNWINDER

  • Automatic stop at master roll end with programmable end of roll function
  • Clockwise / counterclockwise unwinding
  • Adjustable splice table with pneumatic clamps

DIE CUTTING

  • Operates in full rotary or semirotary mode

  • Standard gears for magnetic cylinders are 1/8 CP, straight teeth, angle 20 degrees
  • Recommended die repeat in semirotary mode (Z130): 82,55 – 330,20 mm
  • Servo driven buffer for semirotary web movement
  • Deflaction funtion for existing flexigle dies in semirotary mode
