Lemorau SMART-L is our latest generation of compact finishing machines. It has short web path to reduce waste and intelligent software for a fast set up, reducing workload and increase productivity.

SMART -L is all servo driven and features a die cutting unit that operates in full rotary and semi-rotary modes.

STANDARD FEATURES

DIE CUTTING

  • Standard gears for magnetic cylinders are 1/8 CP, straight teeth, angle 20 degrees
  • Recommended die repeat in semirotary mode (Z130): 82,55 – 330,20 mm
  • Servo driven buffer for semirotary web movement
  • Deflaction funtion for existing flexigle dies in semirotary mode
  • Servo driven waste rewinder max. Ø 600 mm (24”)

DIE CUTTING WITH SPEED PACK (optional)

  • Operates in full rotary or semirotary mode

  • Standard gears for magnetic cylinders are 1/8 CP, straight teeth, angle 20 degrees

SLITTING

REWINDING
